Well, I’m back! It’s been a crazy week. More so because it’s been hard. I’m thinking that the first 2-3 weeks are going to be the hardest. But, slowly things are falling into a routine. Meaning, I’ve had my share of baby carrots. Trying to introduce myself to some new veggies. Thanks to a friend...

I absolutely love my job. Not only do I get the honor of photographing some of the most beautiful couples, I also get the pure joy of capturing families, children and cuddly babies. Seriously. Best. Job. Ever.
Beyond the camera, there are several things about me that will seem useless, but I know you are dying to know. So, here we go...
I'm recently married. I just turned 30. I am an army wife. My home will always be in Nebraska. Just as long as my husband is with me. I talk to my mom or dad--or both--at least every day. I have five awesome nieces. My two nephews stole my heart. My family is my backbone. I have a weakness for red velvet cake. I am a sucker for gossip magazines. My new favorite show is Dexter. I pretend that I love to cook. Some days I do. Other days, I make chicken. I change my hair color often. Most of my best friends have been my best friends since childhood. I love a good action flick or a romantic comedy. I love Christmas time. I once wanted to be a stand-up comedian. Ok, you can laugh.
If there are any other things you are wanting to know. Maybe my favorite color or favorite restaurant. Shoot me an email or find me on twitter or facebook.
Until then...
